Returns & Replacements
You are required at delivery to ascertain whether the articles meet the agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform Westbrook Fashion BV. as soon as possible and at least fourteen (14) days after delivery, or after observation reasonably possible, notify in writing and reasoned.
If it is proven that the articles do not meet the agreement, Westbrook Fashion BV. Has the right to replace the relevant articles or to refund the invoice value
selecting the relevant articles returned and replace it with new articles or to refund the invoice value.
We appreciate it when returns are communicated to us beforehand.
Please send with every return, a completed return form on the relevant articles.
